Should possess good knowledge in reviewing P & ID and Isometrics line drawing. Must be a Diploma in Mechanical Engineer (mandatory) ASNT Level II in MT,PT,UT and RT Must be 5+ experience professional with abroad exp in oil and gas construction industry. Offshore experience is an added advantage. Candidate who possess the above qualification only be considered.

Carried out Magnetic Particle inspection on socket weld, nozzle, fillet weld and inspection on machined components by using different methods like wet method dry method and fluorescent method using Yoke and Prod methods.
Carried out penetrant inspection on weld joints, equipment’s, components such as extension bellows, pump, casing, shaft etc., in removable, water washable and fluorescent methods.
UT Lamination and thickness survey of erosion and corrosion components, vessels, piping.
Radiography of tanks, vessels, pressure parts prefabricated weld joints of pipes using Gamma ray.
Familiar in single wall –single image, Double wall-Double Image, Elliptical, Panoramic & Super Impose.( Dia Range from-1inch to 56inch )
Surface NDT (MPI & DP) on structural as well as pressure parts on fillet, butt-welds on various materials
Visual inspection and interpretation of radiographs as per various international standards.
Carried out Radiography technique to find out deposit and corrosion checks on pipe lines, equipment’s and weld joints inspection in plant and fabrication shop. Also carried out on line Radiography inspection for lesser dia pipes(2’’&below) for wall thickness measurements and corrosion monitoring.
