Established in terms of Royal Decree M/29 of 18 October 2000 (22 Rajab 1421 Hijra) as a joint-stock company, Marafiq is owned by its four major shareholders - the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RC), Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), and the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Seven private-sector investors make up the remaining shareholders. Marafiq started operating as a private power and water utility company on 1 January 2003, with SR 2,5 billion of initial owner equity.

Job Description
Coordinate with various functions in the SAP organisation in implementing the Project planning and control procedures to ensure adequate management control of all projects and maintenance in progress.Business Process Controls:Implement SAP project planning controls across the SAP organisation to ensure effective work package management and progress mitigation as and when required.Control Reports:Monitor the operational reports of the SAP department and provide feedback to the Manager, SAP Department on deviation and control implications to ensure on time delivery of all projects.Forms and Reports:Develop electronic process forms and additional reports to aid the administration of SAP project development and maintenance across the organisation.Policies & Procedures:Implement departmental procedure and ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.Investigation:Continuously analyse project deviations and procedure controls to ensure strict adherence to the procedures.New Projects:Develop templates for use of project planning and prepare draft planning � in co-operation with consultants � for final approval.Safety, Quality & Environment:Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.The jobholder provides SAP co-ordinator services to the SAP Department, which entail the preparation of Project templates, documentation readiness, training co-ordination and general tasks as required. The preparation of all progress feedback and reports on a as required basis for Balanced Scorecard, etc reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:University degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.Minimum Experience:3 � 5 years� IT operations experience.1 � 2 years� SAP implementation experience.Job-Specific Skills:Good understanding of SAP functionalities.Good working knowledge of MS Project and SAP Solution Manager.Broad understanding of all Marafiq core commercial and operational processes.Current understanding of new and proposed SAP developments.
