With the substantial growth in its operations and the planned growth to be achieved, they seek a competent, innovative, solutions and team orientated Proposal Manager to be part of their commercial and tendering team on an ever-growing range of exciting multi-disciplinary projects across Asia.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will work with key peers in the fields of commercial and Project Management to successfully provide proposal management to the projects across the region. Your key accountabilities can be summarised as effectively managing and providing direction to the proposal team, managing technical and commercial proposal development for large scale projects, facilitating risk assessment on projects etc. This role can be best described as been a mix of Technical and Commercial Management Responsibilities. The key responsibilities also encompass interfacing with global organisation on their proposal development and related training to be administered on changes to procedures etc
Requirements:Ideally you will be a Tertiary Qualified Engineer with at least 15 years experience within either an Engineering Consultancy or Engineering Contractor where you have direct hands on experience in the leadership of large Engineering teams executing tendering and proposal management as a key function for large multi-disciplinary Oil & Gas Projects. Candidates with less experience will be qualified as Proposal Engineers (minimum of 5 years experience). Experience in Onshoer and Offshore Oil & Gas projects within the Asia region is mandatory for this role. We seek candidate with substantial supervisory experience for the managerial roles.
