We are a globally recognized company dealing with the supply of port and hydro equipment to customers located all over the world. In line with our expansion plan, we are inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:


Production Machining Supervisor(Perak - Lumut)
Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the machining department.
Plan, schedule and monitor production and manpower requirement.
Planning must be in accordance to priority and master plan schedule.
Must have people management skill.
To setup and program machine to produce part as per production schedule and to meet the targeted date line.
Responsible for the daily machine maintenance records and tools servicing.
Responsible and have strong knowledge in machine setting as per product type.
Ensure safety is implemented within department.
To stop production in case of quality and safety hazard is concerned.
To train machinists to perform offset and machine setup.
Able to delegate job function of machinists and operators

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in CNC Machinist or Lathe or Milling Machining from any technical institutions
At least 5 years of hands-on machining experience and managing a team of machinist
Strong hands-on experience in handling machines includes CNC Lathe Horizontal / Vertical, Borer, Slotter, Miller, etc.
Experience in manpower and production planning, organizing and monitoring team work.
A strong team leader with analytical skills
Able to read, understand and interpret technical drawing.
good team player with ability to work under pressure
