Rotating Equipment Engineer (Reliability)(Kuala Lumpur)
Requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor degree, preferably post graduate certification in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute, with minimum of fifteen (15) years practical experience in rotating machinery.
Should be able to study, analyze and provide recommendations for reliability improvement programs.
Familiar with rotating machinery programs including ‘Bad Actor” identification and resolution, performance and mechanical monitoring for all classes of machinery, predictive and preventative maintenance policies and procedures, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Reliability Based Maintenance System.
Familiar with Condition Monitoring, Corrective Repair, Break down Maintenance, etc. Preparation of Failure Information reports and maintaining history of Failures Analysis Reports.
